Allen Bondar is the brainchild behind the label. His vast experience in the music business and his immense talents as a musician, artist, and manager, bring Dharma Records one of the most sought after professional in the business.

Diane Chamberlin brings her business experience and savvy to bring out the best in each artist and help them develop the skills needed to make the 'big time'. Her vocal prowess can be heard on many of Dharma Records' releases.
